2. Definitions

“User” – Anyone using the platform (students, parents, tutors).
“Service” – Tutor listing, matching, messaging, payments.

3. Platform Usage

Users must provide accurate information and must not misuse the platform. TopTutor may verify identity and profile details.

4. Tutor Responsibilities

Tutors must provide genuine information, deliver classes professionally, maintain confidentiality, and avoid abusive content.

5. Student/Parent Responsibilities

Students/Parents must provide accurate requirements, be respectful when communicating, and pay applicable fees.

6. Lead Unlock & Payments

Tutors may pay to unlock student contact details. Fees are non-refundable except as stated in the Refund Policy.

7. Communication Policy

Contact details are shared after unlocking leads. Misuse of contact information is prohibited.

8. Prohibited Activities

Users may not post false profiles, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, harass or spam others.

9. Intellectual Property

All TopTutor content, trademarks, and technology are owned by TopTutor. Users may not copy or redistribute platform assets without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

TopTutor is a marketplace and not responsible for tutor performance or student behaviour. We do not guarantee results and are not liable for disputes between users.

11. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
