1. Overview
We aim to provide a transparent and fair refund experience.
2. Lead Unlock Fee (Tutors)
Payments made to unlock leads are non-refundable except where:
- The contact number is invalid
- The number is unreachable or permanently switched off (verified)
- The student denies ever requesting tuition
- A duplicate lead is provided within 7 days
Refunds will be processed as wallet credit or to the original payment method.
3. Subscription / Plan Purchases
Refunds are allowed only if the service was not activated or a technical issue prevented delivery.
4. Wrong or Failed Payments
If money is debited but payment fails, the amount will be refunded by the payment gateway/bank in 5–7 working days.
5. No Refund For
- Change of mind
- Tutor dissatisfaction after contacting the student
- Student not choosing the tutor
- Already used service
6. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds may take 3–7 working days to process.
